这是一篇关于称重管理系统的说明书，是我女友叫我帮她翻译的，明天早上她老总就会要，她刚到公司不久，翻译不出就有被辞退的危险，我实在是英文很一般，对这种较专业的说明书更是翻译不出，用金山词霸也只能知道个大概，那位大爷大姐帮我翻译一下，大家帮忙能翻译多少就多少，感激不尽！分绝对不是问题，另外开帖子再加多少都行，我实在是很爱她，不愿见她做不出难过。  
  section   01.general   requirements  
  01.01 source   of   supply   and   services  
  01.01.1   the   supplier   selects   sources   of   supply   and   provides   all   necessary   components   for   the   complete   system.   the   purchaser   shall   be   notified   of   the   delivery   of   the   supplies,   which   will   be   inspected   and   tested   by   the   purchaser   if   considered   necessary,   before   incorporating   them   in   the   system.   approval   at   this   stage   does   not   constitute   acceptance.  
  01.01.2   all   main   components   of   system   shall   be   provided   with   operation   and   maintenance   manuals   in   english   and   lao   language.   all   the   computer   displays   shall   be   in   english   –   lao   and   computers   should   be   provided   with   lao   and   english   keyboards.   metric   si-system   shall   be   used   in   all   documentation   and   equipment.  
  01.01.3   the   permanent   scale   equipment   &   the   mobile   scale   equipment,   including   data   processing   unit(dpu)   etc.   (if   applicable)   shall   be   delivered   to   nine   provinces   in   lao   ddr   along   national   road   no.   1b,17a,,13n,a12,13s,7,9,11,12,   &no.16   marked   in   the   attached   map.  
  01.01.4   routine   and   periodic   maintenance   operations   for   the   equipment   shall   be   defined   in   detail   in   the   quotation.   sources   of   spare   parts   and   maintenance   services   shall   be   given.   preferably   theme’s   hall   be   in   lao   p.d.r   or   as   a   minimum   requirement   in   south-east   asia   region   through   a   local   qualified   agent/representative   .details   of   possible   additional   maintenance   and   service   contracts   shall   be   provided   by   the   supplier.  
  01.01.5   the   purchase   agreement   will   be   made   solely   between   the   purchaser   and   the   supplier.   the   supplier   only   shall   be   responsible   for   all   activities   carrying   out   the   supply   and   guarantee   operations   including   training   according   to   these   specifications   and   the   purchase   agreement.  
  01.02 quality   requirements  
  01.02.01   lao   national   standards   and   codes   shall   be   used   for   services,   goods   and   materials.   in   the   absence   of   local   standards   and   codes   appropriate   international   standards   and   codes   shall   be   followed.   the   equipment   type   shall   have   european   union   standard   certificate   or   equivalent   international   approval.   when   no   quality   requirements   or   tolerance   values   are   identified   in   the   contract.   the   customary   manufacturing   or   construction   tolerances   shall   be   used.   the   supplier   shall   submit   certificates     that   similar   type   of   equipment   are   being   used   in   tropical   countries   with   similar   weather   conditions(temperature,   humidity,   monsoon   season)   as   in   lao   pdr.

  01   部分   总体要求  
  01.01   材料的供应与服务  
  为了完成整个系统,供货方(合同的乙方)应负责挑选原材料,并供应必要的部件.  
  每次供应材料的交付应该给购买方(合同的甲方)一个正式的通知;  
  如有必要,供货方在把选用的材料用于整个系统前,买方会核实和测试这些材料.

  01.01.2   系统的所有主要的部件应配有英文和老挝文的操作和维护菜单,所有的

  01.01.3   固定刻度和可变刻度的装置包括数据处理单元.
